Shipping & Returns


Products will be shipped within 2 working days after funds transaction done.


For KL area:
For light & small item we do have despatch to send it to your way, minimum purchase amount above rm50, delivery charge will be notified before orders comfirmation, maximum charge rm10

For Peninsular Malaysia outside KL area:
For bulky or heaby goods, >5kg, will be shipped via transporter (only to major towns and cities, office or shop address). Charges between RM5 - RM15 per carton. Otherwise via Poslaju.

For first 500gm
MYR 5.00 within Peninsular Malaysia

For every additional 250gm
add MYR 1.10 within Peninsular Malaysia

East Malaysia
All items shipped via Poslaju, Poslaju charges applies unless stated otherwise.

Pos Laju rate

MYR 7.00 to Sarawak, Malaysia
MYR 7.50 to Sabah, Malaysia

For every additional 250gm
add MYR 1.60 to Sarawak, Malaysia
add MYR 2.10 to Sabah, Malaysia

Others courier service charge rm25 per 5kg, item arrive 3~5 workings, insurance for item needed

Shipping charges for return of product to you applies.

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased or claimed at this website.

Shipping Prices are dependent on weights and destination.
If shipment of your purchased product(s) does not arrive after the mentioned estimated timeframe (from the date it was shipped), customer is required to wait for several days more (recommended is 3 days), as it is normal that sometimes the post office takes longer than expected to deliver.

If shipment still does not arrive even after the additional 3 days of wait, please check with your nearest post office for any unclaimed parcel/mail stranded there. One of those could be yours.
